The Korea Football Association (KFA) manages South Korean football, including national teams and major events. The KFA website provides essential information, such as tournament schedules and archives. The goal of the website redesign was to streamline the system and update the UX/UI to make it more user-friendly for football fans. The main objective was to shift the focus from association-driven content to user-focused design. By analyzing user behavior, we redesigned the homepage to feature real-time news feeds in chronological order. We also improved the search function and added an archive section for easy access to the KFA’s official records. The updated homepage introduces KFA Live, where users can view the latest news in a time-ordered feed. This new design replaced the previous system of sorting content by leagues and tournaments. The KFA’s extensive football records are now organized by tournament, league, year, and player, allowing users to easily explore the history of Korean football.
