Goodle is a contemporary fermented food brand created by Fermentation Atelier 1991. While it offers traditional Korean staples like gochujang (red pepper paste), doenjang (soybean paste), and ganjang (soy sauce), Goodle goes beyond tradition. Rather than merely replicating the past or relying on outdated labels like 'artisan' or 'heritage,' the brand reinterprets these flavors with a modern perspective. The name 'Goodle' is derived from the Korean word 온돌 (ondol), a traditional floor heating system, evoking the warmth and comfort of a Korean home. This reflects Goodle’s philosophy—delivering warmth, comfort, and connection through food. Goodle challenges conventional notions by presenting traditional flavors in a way that appeals to modern sensibilities. It is more than just a condiment brand; it serves as a cultural bridge, connecting food with meaningful human experiences. Crafted with high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques, each product is designed to bring warmth and satisfaction to everyday life.
