Eunhasoo(은하수 It means The Milky ways) is the flagship product of Fermentation Atelier 1991—a premium takju (막걸리 makgeolli, traditional Korean rice wine) that embodies the regional and cultural essence of Yeongyang, Gyeongsangbukdo province. Crafted with the philosophy of 'first enjoying the fragrance,' Eunhasoo captures the purity of Yeongyang’s pristine environment, reflecting its starry skies and crisp air in every sip. With a smooth texture and delicate aroma, Eunhasoo offers a diverse lineup, each variation distinguished by its alcohol content, flavor, and fragrance, complemented by a poetic narrative that enhances the drinking experience. Inspired by Korean myths, poetry, and children’s songs related to the Milky Way, Eunhasoo tells a romantic and evocative story that deepens its connection to its origins. The brand identity and storytelling emphasize the purity of Yeongyang’s nature, reinforcing the premium craftsmanship and distinctive character that set Eunhasoo apart.
